Refund policy

Effective Date: April 13, 2026

1. Nature of Products

All products offered through GlassEdenDIY ("the Store") are digital goods delivered electronically via instant download. Upon completion of purchase, the Customer receives immediate access to the purchased digital files. No physical goods are shipped in connection with any transaction.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the inherent nature of digital products — which, once accessed or downloaded, cannot be returned, recalled, or rendered inaccessible — GlassEdenDIY operates a strict no-refund, no-exchange, and no-cancellation policy. All sales are final.

By completing a purchase on this Store, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

(a) the product is a digital good delivered by electronic means;

(b) performance of the contract begins immediately upon purchase and delivery of the download link;

(c) the Customer expressly waives any applicable right of withdrawal to the extent permitted under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, insofar as the digital content has been supplied and delivery has commenced with the Customer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.

3. Exceptions

Notwithstanding the foregoing, GlassEdenDIY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a full or partial refund in the following limited circumstances:

(a) the digital file delivered is technically defective, corrupted, or materially different from the product description, and the Customer notifies the Store within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of purchase with sufficient evidence of the defect; or

(b) the Customer has been charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.

Requests submitted outside the above timeframes or circumstances shall not be eligible for consideration.

4. Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without first contacting GlassEdenDIY to seek resolution shall be considered a breach of this Policy. The Store reserves the right to contest all such chargebacks and, where permitted by applicable law, to recover any associated fees and costs.
