1. Digital Delivery Only
GlassEdenDIY exclusively sells digital products. No physical goods are manufactured, stocked, or shipped in connection with any purchase made through this Store. Accordingly, no shipping fees are charged, and no delivery timeframes associated with physical logistics apply.
2. Delivery Method
Upon successful completion of payment, the Customer will receive an automated confirmation email containing a secure download link granting access to the purchased digital files. Delivery is effected electronically and is considered complete at the moment the download link is transmitted to the email address provided by the Customer at checkout.
3. Instant Access
Digital files are made available immediately upon payment confirmation, subject to standard payment processing times. In the event of any delay attributable to the payment provider or to circumstances beyond the Store's reasonable control, GlassEdenDIY shall not be held liable for any resulting inconvenience.
4. Customer Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for:
(a) providing a valid and accessible email address at the time of purchase;
(b) checking spam, junk, or promotional folders in the event the delivery email is not received within 30 (thirty) minutes of purchase;
(c) ensuring that their device, software, and internet connection are sufficient to access and download the purchased files.
GlassEdenDIY shall bear no liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or inaccessible email address supplied by the Customer, or from the Customer's failure to retrieve the delivery email from spam or filtered folders.
5. File Format & Compatibility
All digital products are delivered as high-resolution PDF files, compatible with any standard PDF reader on desktop and mobile devices. No proprietary software is required. The Customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to verify compatibility with their intended devices and printing setup prior to purchase.
6. Re-Download & Lifetime Access
The Customer is entitled to lifetime access to their purchased files. In the event of accidental deletion or loss of the downloaded files, the Customer may contact GlassEdenDIY at the address below to request a re-delivery of the original purchase.
